Customers can check the unused balance on the plan by completing the following steps:

• Dial *123# from their mobile device
• Choose “Query balances” from the options

A text message will be sent to the customer that confirms the unused balance in the plan.

Yes, the plan will be available for repurchase for a maximum of two (2) months or two times after the initial purchase. Customers will have to dial *123# and choose “Special Promos” to repurchase the plan.
