  • What is the New Wireless Prepaid Broadband offer?

    The Wireless Prepaid Broadband plan offers Residential and Business customers access to unlimited internet at speeds of 6 Mbps or 10 Mbps.

  • When would the new plans be available?

    The new plans will be available from December 16, 2024 

  • What is included in the Wireless Prepaid Broadband plan?

    On signup customers will receive a Wireless Broadband Modem and the plan of their choice below.

    Yes, you can; the data is unlimited, so you can browse, stream, surf or download with the Wireless Prepaid Broadband plan.

     

  • How can I sign-up for the Wireless Prepaid Broadband service?

    To sign up for the Wireless Prepaid Broadband service visit any bmobile Authorized Channel Partners to sign up for the service.

  • How can I top-up the Wireless Prepaid Broadband service?

    You can top up by taking any of the following actions:

    • Visit https://bmobile.etopuponline.com/  to top up online
    • Visit an authorized bmobile Channel Partner location
    • VIA merchants
    • If you have a top up voucher, dial 800-1234 and enter the voucher number and mobile number to be topped-up
  • Is there a term-contract applicable to Wireless Prepaid Broadband service?

    No, a term-contract is not applicable for Wireless Prepaid Broadband service.  

    However, you will be asked to provide a fixed home location where the wireless modem is to be used. Note this is a fixed prepaid service offering. TSTT will only guarantee service based on pre-activation checks of the fixed home location provided by you.

  • What happens when my plan expires?

    When your plan expires, you must top-up the value of the plan to have the plan renewed.

  • Will my plan renew automatically (auto-renew)

    Yes. Once there is sufficient credit on your account, the plan will renew upon expiry. It is recommended that customers top up before the end of the 30-day period.

  • What happens if I don’t top up my account within 120 days?

    If you do not top up your account, your plan and service may be deactivated. 

  • What happens if my plan/service is deactivated, and I would like to reactivate Wireless Prepaid Broadband service?

    If your plan is deactivated and you would like to reactivate the Wireless Prepaid Broadband service, you can visit a bmobile store with your existing modem.

    A SIM will be activated for you to have the service. You will be required to pay the associated costs for the SIM Card, Activation Fee and Top-Up of the related plan.

  • What can I do if I lose my Wireless modem?

    If you lose your Wireless Modem, you can sign up for a new activation for Prepaid Wireless Service and purchase a new modem for the service. The prevailing sign-up fee will be applicable.
