  • What is the MY Prepaid Tourist Pack?

    The MY Prepaid Tourist Pack provides mobile service to new prepaid customers who are visiting Trinidad & Tobago for a short period of time. The Pack comes in four (4) denominations.

  • What will customers receive when they purchase this Pack?

    The four packs are outlined in the table below:

    • Any usage in excess of bundle quotas or outside of bundle categories will incur standard PAYG Rates. Visit https://bmobile.co.tt/mobile/ for more information.
    • Any usage outside of Trinidad and Tobago will incur standard roaming charges.
    • Prices are VAT inclusive.
    • The pack includes the price of the SIM Card, which is required to access data services.
    • SIM Cards are available as an e-SIM or a physical SIM at bmobile stores.
  • Where will the Tourist Pack be available for purchase?

    The Tourist Pack will be available from January 31, 2025 at all bmobile stores, including the bmobile store at Duty Free in Piarco International Airport.

  • How is the SIM card activated?

    After purchase of the SIM Card at a bmobile store, the SIM card is activated by first call activation. The customer simply must make a call to any mobile number to activate the SIM and the associated services. The customer can call the toll-free number, 800-3745, to trigger the activation.

  • How long will the pack be valid?

    The bundles will be valid for either 7, 15 or 30 days from the date of activation.

  • How will the customer know when the pack expires?

    The customer will receive a message upon expiration of the pack.

    “Your Tourist Pack has expired. You will be charged standard rates or dial *123 to buy a plan”

  • Can the Tourist Pack be repurchased?

    No, the original bundle is not available for repurchase.

  • Can the customer purchase any other regular plan?

    Yes, the customer can purchase any promotional plan in the following ways:

    • Use the bGO app
    • Dial *123# from a mobile device
    • Visit the website at www.bmobiletopup.com 
    • Visit any bmobile store
  • How long will the SIM card be valid?

    The SIM card will expire 7 days after the pack expires, unless a top up is added to the mobile number.

  • Will the customer be notified of the SIM card expiry?

    Yes, the customer will receive a pre-expiry message immediately after expiry of the bundles.

     

    Your access to bmobile services will expire in 7 days.  To extend access, top up $50 or more at any bmobile store and dial *123 to buy any talk & data plan”

  • How do customers extend the validity of the SIM card?

    The customer can extend the validity of the SIM card by purchasing a top up of $50 or more. 

  • Do I have to sign a monthly contract to enjoy this service?

    No, the service is governed by standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions of Service.

  • What happens if I travel outside of Trinidad and Tobago and use the SIM card?

    Any usage of the SIM card outside of Trinidad and Tobago, will incur additional roaming charges. You must top up your mobile number online or before leaving Trinidad to access roaming service at your destination.     • This service is provided for individual personal use only. It is not for commercial purposes or use by groups. Any use, in bmobile’s sole discretion, by an individual or groups for financial gain or profit will cause the immediate termination of access to and/or use of this service.
    • bmobile may temporarily or permanently alter or withdraw this service as offered to our customers.
    • bmobile reserves the right to change or cancel the terms & conditions of this service with notice at any time. Notice to customers via text messages to customers’ handsets/devices or via posting on the bmobile website will be deemed sufficient. Any such notice will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in the said notice.
