To access to this promotion, customers can purchase either the My 7 Day Plan or the My 30 Day + plans by:

• Dialling *123# from their handset and selecting the desired plan
• Using to the bmobileGO app and choosing the desired plan
• Visit us online at https://bmobiletopup.com/ and choosing the desired plan.
• Visit any bmobile Retail Store and requesting the desired plan.

When you purchase either the My 7 Day Plan or My 30 Day + Plan you will receive a message confirming your plan purchase as well as a message stating your bonus 12GB of data was added. You can also dial *123#, choose “Query balances”, and your plan balances will be sent to you via text message.

The bonus data is valid for the duration of the plan. Therefore, if you purchase the 7 Day plan the bonus data would be valid for 7 Days. If you purchase the 30 Day+ plan the bonus data would be valid for 30 days.

Once you purchase the plan within the promotional period the 12GB Bonus data will be applied. You must purchase the plan to receive the bonus data.

Customers will receive an SMS message with the date indicating when the bonus data will expire.

When your plan expires you will receive an expiry message as indicated below: 

 “Dear Customer, your Plan has expired, Dial *123# and SELECT Talk & Data to choose a new plan. Thank You. Life Is on with Bmobile” 

Customers can dial *123# from their handset and select Option 3 -“Query balances” from the menu. A text message will be sent with the account balance. 

The 12 GB Bonus data can be used for anything, live streaming, social media, Internet, gaming.

If your 12 Gb bonus data has been depleted, you will have access to the regular plan data without losing data service.

If the current plan has not expired, you cannot repurchase the same plan. However, you can purchase another plan or a Data add on bundle by dialling *123# or visiting the bmobileGo app. 

Yes, you can purchase any other prepaid plan while on the plan. Simply dial *123# to purchase any Talk and data plan.
