    • The plan will be displayed to all prepaid customers under “MI GENTE Plans” on *123#
    • The customers who access this plan will also continue to access the standard prepaid plans, prepaid add ons as well as Pay as you go rates.
    • MI GENTE Minutes will allow calls to all local numbers as well as the following destinations:

    Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

    • The plan will be created with two options – onetime and auto renew options 
    • Minutes and data do not roll over
  • How long will the plan be valid?

    The plan will be valid for 10 days. If a plan is purchased just prior to the end of the promotion, for example on June 29, 2025, you will continue to enjoy the plan for 10 days after the purchase date.

    Yes, you can purchase any other prepaid plan in the following ways:

    • Use the bGO app
    • Dial *123# from a mobile device
    • Visit the website at www.bmobiletopup.com 
    • Visit any bmobile store
  • How can I verify the unused balance on the plan?

    You can check the unused balance on the plan by completing the following steps:

    • Dial *123# from your mobile device
    • Choose “Query balances” from the options

     

    A text message will be sent to you that confirms the unused balance in the plan.
