The new prepaid plans offer two new options for talk only or data only prepaid plans.

The plans do not include an auto renew option.

All prepaid customers can purchase the new plans.

Simply, follow the steps below to purchase the plan:

·       Dial *123# from your handset

·       Choose option from the Menu – Special Promotions.

·       Choose a plan from the options listed.

Additionally, you can visit a bmobile store, online at www.bmobiletopup.com or use the bmobile Go app to purchase these plans.

When you purchase one of the new prepaid plans you will receive a text message confirming your plan purchase.

The Anywhere minutes included in the plan can be used to call any local networks and international calls to US, UK, Canada plus US, UK, Canada, India, China, Hong Kong and Ireland.

If your data, text messages or minutes are depleted before your plan expires, you will be charged at the Pay As You Go rate for data, text messages and minutes.  The current Pay as You Go rates can be viewed on our website – https://bmobile.co.tt/mobile/

When your plan expires you will receive an expiry message via text message.

Customers can dial *123# from their handset and select Option from the menu – “Query balances”. A text message will be sent with the plan balance, including any rollover data and Anywhere Minutes.  Customers can also use the bGo app to query their balances.

Yes, you can purchase more than one plan, at the same time. Simply dial *123# to purchase any Talk and Data plan.

The plan usage priority will be based on expiry date. For example, if you purchase a day plan with an expiry date of 24 hrs., it will be used up first, followed by the week plan and then the month plans.
