If I have multiple plans on my account, with one being a promotional plan with Auto Renew, which one will be used up first?

If all of the plans have the same duration, calls, data or text messages will be drawn down from your “Normal” Plan, and then from your auto renew plan. For example:

If all of the plans have different duration, calls, data or text messages will be drawn down from the plan with the nearest expiry date. For example:
