Customer Advisory: Scam Alert

bmobile has been made aware of fraudulent calls informing persons that they have won a vehicle or other prize and instructing them to purchase bmobile top-ups or phone cards and provide the card details.
Please be advised that these calls are NOT associated with bmobile or any authorised bmobile promotion.
bmobile will never ask you to purchase phone cards or top-ups, or provide top-up codes, PINs, passwords, OTPs or other sensitive information in order to claim a prize.
Customers who receive a suspicious call claiming to be associated with bmobile are advised to:
  • Do not purchase top-ups or phone cards as instructed.
  • Do not provide top-up codes, PINs, passwords, OTPs, personal or financial information.
  • End the call immediately.
  • Verify any promotion through bmobile’s official channels.
