  • What is the new b-Golden Plan?

    Postpaid customers can now purchase our new b-Golden plan. The plan is available from 26th November 2025.
    The plan is only available to customers 60 years and over who sign up for Postpaid Service.

    Customers can visit any of our conveniently located, authorized bmobile Channel Partners to sign up for the b-Golden Plan.

  • What’s included in this plan?
    Service Description
    Local Data Stream, browse, post as you please anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago.
    Anywhere Minutes Anywhere minutes are valid for calls to ALL local networks, US, Canada, UK, India, China, Hong Kong & Ireland.
    *Fair Usage of 300 Anywhere minutes per day applies, with a maximum of 1,000 minutes per month
    On-Net Minutes Calls to any bmobile Fixed or Mobile number. bmobile Fair Usage Policy applies.
    Local SMS Messages Send a text message to anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago.
    Premium Text Messages (messages to/from short codes) are not included in the plan.

    Note:

    • Per Second Billing Applies for Voice. This does not include calls to “Special” Numbers.

      Messages to “Special Numbers” are to be rated at the current rate.
    • Standard Roaming rates for calls apply: Standard Roaming Rates for data apply where usage is not in a destination included in the Roaming Data Bundle.
  • Where can I call with the 2000 On-net minutes included in the b-Golden plan?

    The 2000 On-net minutes included in the plan can be used to call bmobile fixed line and
    mobile numbers.

  • Where can I call with the 300 Anywhere minutes included in the b-Golden plan?

    The 300 Anywhere minutes included in the plan can be used to call all local networks, US, Canada, UK, India, China, Hong Kong and Ireland.

  • If my voice bundle is exhausted, how can I get more minutes?

    If you want additional minutes, you can purchase a bmobile Add-On. Dial *123# from your mobile phone and select Get Voice/Data Add-Ons.

    If you do not have an Add-on bundle, you can still make calls will be charged at the current Pay as You Go rates (Rates can be viewed on our website – https://bmobile.co.tt/mobile/ )

  • If my data bundle is exhausted, how can I get more data?

    If you want additional data, you can purchase a bmobile Add-On. Dial *123# from your mobile phone and select Get Voice/Data Add-Ons.

  • How can I find out the balance on my plan?

    To find out the balance of your plan, customers can dial *123# from their handset and select “Query balances” from the menu. A text message will be sent with the plan balance components. Additionally, the bGo app can be used to query bundle balances.

  • Is there a minimum service period for eligible customers signing up for the b-Golden plan?

    Yes, eligible customers must sign a Service Agreement to retain the service for 18 months.

  • What will happen if I want to terminate my service before the end of the Service Agreement period?

    If you terminate your service during the minimum service period, an Early Termination Fee will be applied to your account for payment. This is calculated as Number of months remaining for the service period times Plan Fee
