If I have not auto renewed, on more than one occasion, can I still access the Auto Renew service on my prepaid plan?
Of course, as soon as you top up, your Auto Renew service will be reactivated and the cost for the plan will be deducted from your credit balance.

If I signed up for auto renew service on a promotional plan and the promotion ended, how will the service work?
The end of the promotional plan also means that the auto renew service, attached to the promotional plan, is also null and void. You will no longer be automatically charged for the promotional plan or have access to the promotional plan features.

If I have multiple plans on my account, with one being a promotional plan with Auto Renew, which one will be used up first?
If all of the plans have the same duration, calls, data or text messages will be drawn down from your “Normal” Plan, and then from your auto renew plan. For example:

Will I be able to repurchase the same plan if my data is depleted before my current plan expires?
You can repurchase the same plan as a “Normal” Plan, if the data in your plan is depleted before it expires.
- Simply dial *123#.
- Choose “Talk and Data plans”
- Choose your plan.
- Enter option 2 “No – Normal Purchase” to purchase a plan that does not auto renew.

What will happen if the data and minutes in my plan with auto renew service, are depleted before my plan expires?
When the data and minutes in your plan are depleted, you will be charged at the standard Pay-As-You-Go rates.

Will my plan automatically auto renew, if I top up on the day it is set to expire?
Yes, the Auto Renew service will activate the plan, whenever the credit becomes available.

Can I choose to auto renew more than one plan?
No, auto renew with multiple plans is not currently available.

You can stop the Auto renew service by contacting 824-TSTT (8788).

Can I continue to buy any other plans that do not have the Auto Renew service?
Yes, you can. However, you must consider that the auto renew service will automatically charge for the chosen plan on the renewal date. The charge will be applied even if you have another plan activated at the same time.

What is the Prepaid Auto Renew Service?
Auto Renew for prepaid plans is a convenience feature that allows prepaid customers to schedule the automatic purchase of any plans, without dialing *123#.
When customers sign up for this service, they will be automatically charged the fee for the plan and receive the plan benefits, on the plan renewal date.

How will I know when my Auto Renew service will expire?
“Your Auto Renew on Plan will expire in xx hrs. Top up $x to ensure your plan is renewed and you continue to enjoy our gr8 Unlimited Talk and Data plan. Life is On with Bmobile.”

If you don’t have sufficient credits for your Auto Renew promotional plan, you will receive the following message:
“Your plan could not be activated due to insufficient credit, please top up quickly to continue enjoying the great benefits of your plan.’
The Auto Renew service will be automatically activated and the plan fee will be charged, whenever you have credit to cover the cost of your plan.

Once there is credit on your account to cover the cost of the plan, you will receive the following text message:
“U have been charged $xx.xx for the Auto Renew Unlimited Talk & Data Month Plan. Be sure to top up $xx every x days to keep using the plan.

How would I know that I am using the Auto Renew service?
When you buy any promotional plan with Auto Renew, you will receive the following message:
“You have chosen to auto renew your x days Unltd Talk & Data Plan. U will be charged $xx every x days. Be sure to top up $xx every x days to keep using this plan. Life is On with Bmobile”.
