Select ‘Option 1’ – self service Select ‘1’ again for your bill balance
Choose ‘2’ for bill payment Enter the number of the account that you are making the payment towards
Enter your credit card information
Enter the amount to be paid and then press the pound ‘#’ sign
Once successful, an automated voice will say ‘transaction was completed’ and provide a reference number as proof of payment. Payments are credited to the selected account within two working days.
