Each time you top up, your credit will be valid for 120 days.

If you do not top up your account by that time, your account will expire and any existing credit on the account will be lost. You will still be able to receive calls and SMS for a grace period of 60 days.

If you still do not top up after the aforementioned 180 days (120 days+60 day grace period), your number will be recycled. To access bmobile service thereafter, you will need to visit a bmobile retail store to purchase a new SIM and number.
