  • How do I purchase a Prepaid bundle / plan?

    After logging in, follow these steps:
    1. Select ‘Recharge’ on the Home Screen or from the Profile menu on the
    top left corner.
    2. Enter the Mobile number you wish to recharge or select from the
    contact list.
    3. Select ‘Bundle’.
    4. Select ‘Prepaid Data’.
    5. Select the Bundle you wish to purchase.
    6. Select ‘Proceed to pay’.
    7. Enter Credit or Debit Card Details – for stored cards, only the 3-digit
    CVV needs to be entered.
    8. Select ‘Proceed’.
    9. Review and Confirm the Bundle Purchase details, then select ‘
    Confirm’.
    10. You will be notified of payment status and can review all transactions
    made in the Transaction History via the Home Screen.
    11. You can choose to navigate to the Home Screen or purchase another
    prepaid bundle/plan.

  • How will I know my Bundle purchase was successful?

    At the end of every bundle purchase transaction, you will be notified with a pop-up message whether the Bundle purchase was successful or a failure. In both instances, you can view your transaction history within the app.

  • Is VAT included in my bundle amount?

    VAT is added to the bundle purchase, so if a bmobileGo user selects $20 Bundle Purchase, their bank card is charged $20 + VAT.

  • After a plan is purchased, is it applied to the account immediately?

    Yes. Plans purchased via the app would be automatically applied to your account and available to you immediately.
