What you should know about your Mobile Data Settings
Your device uses an APN to set up a connection between bmobile’s cellular network and the internet.
For all devices, your APN is bmobile
To ensure that your data service is seamless, use the steps below to configure your APN.
Prepaid & Postpaid
Data Settings for Smartphones
Android Devices(most)
Settings >> More >> Mobile/Cellular Networks >> Access Point Names >> +/New APNÂ >> Name = bmobile LTE >> APN = bmobile >> Save
Ensure that the newly configured APN is selected.
Samsung Devices

Settings >> Connection >> Mobile Networks

Access Point Names >> +/Add >> Name = bmobile LTE >> APN = bmobile >> Save
Ensure that the newly configured APN is selected.
Apple iOS Devices

Navigate to Settings >> Mobile Data Options >> Mobile Data Network

Enter the following: Mobile Data >> APN=bmobile >> Personal Hotspot >> APN =bmobile
Ensure that the newly configured APN is selected.
Data Roaming Settings
Apple iOS Devices
- Data Roaming must be set to ‘ON’ (Settings> Mobile/Cellular Data>Mobile Data Options: Data Roaming ‘ON’ (Turn OFF if data is not required)
- Voice and Data must be set to ‘LTE’ (Settings> Mobile/Cellular Data>Mobile Data Options> Voice and Data : Select  LTE
VoLTE must be switched on (Settings> Mobile/Cellular Data>Mobile Data Options> Voice and Data: Scroll down to VoLTE: toggle ‘ON’ - After the above is confirmed please do Manual Selection (Settings> Mobile/Cellular Data>Network Selection: Switch off Automatic)
- The device does a scan for available networks: When the list appears, please select ‘AT&T
SAMSUNG & ANDROID
- Network Mode : Set to 5g/LTE/3G/2G Auto Connect
- Data Roaming : Toggle On
- Access Point Names : select ‘BMOBILE LTE’ Profile
- After the above is confirmed please do Manual Selection (Settings> Mobile/Cellular Data>Network Selection: Switch off Automatic)
- Network Operators: Toggle Off Automatic
The device does a scan for available networks: When the list appears, please select ‘AT&T’
