  • How do I sign up for the bmobileGo app?

    Customers must download and install the bmobileGo app to use.
    Registration is 3 easy steps:

    1. Select the ‘Sign-up’ button at the bottom of the screen and enter your
      ‘First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Valid Email Address,
      City and a Password.’
    2. Enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) that is sent to the mobile number
      you provided.
    3. Agree & Proceed with the Terms and Conditions of app use.
  • How do I Add a mobile account to the app?

    After logging in, follow these steps:

    1. Select ‘Add New Account’ on the Home Screen.
    2. Enter the Mobile number you wish to add.
    3. Select account type: ‘Postpaid’ or ‘Prepaid.’
    4. A One Time Passcode (OTP) is sent to you via SMS to verify your account
      Check your SMS and enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) and select
      ‘Verify’
    5. A pop-up message will let you know that your account was successfully
      added.
    6. On the Home Screen under your name, the details of the verified account
      are now visible including:
    • Postpaid or Prepaid,
    • Mobile number,
    • Customer Name,
    • Due Amount,
    • Due Date,
    • Recharge or Pay Bill
  • Can I add/ link a mobile account to my app account if I do not own the number?

    Yes. Adding a mobile account owned by another person is simple. Follow the ‘Add new Account’ process. However, you will need to request the OTP from the owner of the mobile phone. The One Time Passcode (OTP) is the only way to store an additional mobile account for future use.

  • Do I have to add/link an account to make a payment or top up?

    No. You can make a payment or top up on behalf of someone without adding/ linking them to your account. Please note that since the account is not stored, the mobile details must be entered every time a payment or recharge is done.
