Prepaid to Postpaid

bmobile’s Prepaid to Postpaid promotion gives existing bmobile prepaid customers 25% discount on monthly rental for the first three (3) months when they migrate to a bmobile postpaid service.

The promotion is valid for the period 1 st May 2026 to 30 April 2027.

Existing bmobile prepaid customers who migrate their active prepaid number to a bmobile postpaid plan during the promotional period are eligible.

To migrate from Prepaid to Postpaid, you can visit a bmobile store to select a postpaid plan and request migration of your bmobile Prepaid service to a bmobile Postpaid Plan. You will be required to complete the sign-up process for service.

To sign up for a bmobile Postpaid Plan, you can visit a bmobile Retail Store/Channel Partner
with the following:
• One valid form of Identification
• Proof of Address (utility bill)
• One month’s advance payment of monthly rental

After the three-month discount period ends, your monthly rental will revert to the standard postpaid plan rate. Any ongoing plan benefits (data, minutes) will continue with the plan you selected.
