Follow the illustrated guide for your device to set up your bmobile eSIM.
iOS Device Guide
- From the Home Screen, open Settings.
- Select Cellular, then Set Up eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code as the setup method.
- Use the iPhone camera to scan the QR code on your bmobile eSIM activation card.
- Select Activate eSIM.
- Select Continue and follow the prompts to set up your cellular plan.

Android Device Guide
Samsung Galaxy
- Open Settings.
- Select Connections.
- Select SIM card manager or SIM manager.
- Select Add mobile plan or Add eSIM.
- Follow the prompts to scan the QR code on your bmobile eSIM activation card.
Google Pixel
- Open Settings and choose Network & Internet.
- Select the plus sign beside Mobile network.
- Select Download a SIM instead.
- Follow the prompts to scan your bmobile eSIM QR code.
Other Android phones
- Open Settings and look for Network, Connections, Mobile, or a similar menu.
- Find the option to download a SIM or add an eSIM.
- Follow the prompts to scan your bmobile eSIM QR code.
