Paying your bill via 824 TSTT is as easy as 1,2,3.
Check bill balance
Dial 824-TSTT (8788) from your landline or mobile phone. Choose ‘Option 1’ for self-service then ‘1’ again for your bill balance.
Enter account info
Choose Option ‘2’ for bill payment and then enter the number of the account that you are making the payment towards.
You can now enter your credit card information, enter the amount to be paid and then press the pound ‘#’ sign and that’s it!
- Once successful, an automated voice will say ‘transaction was completed’ and provide a reference number as proof of payment. Payments are credited to the selected account within two working days.
- As a security measure, no advance credit card registration or storage of credit card information is required. There is also no human interaction or CSR involved in the payment process.
