Nuisance and Disturbing Calls

Learn how to record and report nuisance calls so the police and TSTT can investigate.

Protect yourself

If you receive nuisance or disturbing calls, follow these steps:

  1. Note the approximate dates and times of the calls and report them to the police.
  2. The police officer assigned to the case can apply to the court for a warrant to obtain call details or identify the owner of the number.
  3. The officer sends the request to TSTT.
  4. TSTT’s legal department reviews the request and forwards it to its internal intelligence department for investigation.
  5. The investigating officer receives an official report and proceeds according to the law.
