- Monitor U $99 – Monitoring only (customer owned eqpt) with Police Response
- Monitor U Plus $251.29 – Monitoring only (customer owned eqpt) with Rapid Response Service
3. What is the promotional period?The promotion begins on Monday 1st October and ends on Wednesday 30th November, 2018.
4. Which customers are eligible for the promotion?New customers signing up at Dealers Store only are eligible for the promotion.
5. How will the winners be chosen for the monthly prize?At the end of the month, all qualifying entries for that month will be entered and the winners will be randomly selected. 1 person cannot win more than one Prize.
6. When will the draws for the monthly prizes occur?The draws will take place on the dates specified below:

7. How will I know if I have won prize?
If you participated in the bmobile Security Dealer Store Promotion and are a winner, the bmobile representative will advise you of your prize, the date on which it can be collected and the location. You will be required to present a valid national ID to collect prize.
8. If I win, can I give my prize to someone else?Prizes are non-transferable.
9. Can someone else collect my prize for me?If you are unable to come to collect your prize, you must send a letter of authorization and a copy of your identification with the person designated to collect the prize on your behalf. The person must have a valid national ID to collect on your behalf.
