  • What is the Free to B Promotion on the Prepaid Shared Plan?

    The Free to B Promotion on the Prepaid Shared Plan invites new and existing bmobile prepaid customers to
    participate and win the following CREWPON coupons:

    • Sign up two persons for a prepaid shared plan and get a coupon for one (I) month of free service for a 3 rd
    person.

    Coupons can be used to add one (1) additional person to your Prepaid Shared plan at no additional cost during
    the promotional period.

  • What is the promotional period?

    The promotion begins on July 22, 2022 and ends on September 12, 2022.

  • What is the Prepaid Shared Plan?

    The Prepaid Shared Plan allows a maximum of five (5) subscribers to share Data, Minutes and Text Messages for 30 days. Each subscriber will receive the plan below:

    • Use your Anywhere Minutes to call ALL other local networks, plus USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Hong Kong, China and India.
    • Prepaid Shared Plans have auto renewal and each member will be automatically charged the following prices, each month:
      • $149.50 for the Owner
      • $149.50 for the 2nd member
      • $100 for the 3rd to 5th members

     

  • What is a CREWPON coupon and what are the requirements?

    CREWPON coupons entitle you to discounts, credit or bonus service offered to and redeemable by a bmobile prepaid customer.  You must meet all of the criteria of the coupon offer in order to receive a coupon.

  • How will I get my coupon for the 3rd member of the Prepaid Shared Plan?

    The coupon will be awarded for one (I) month of free service, within two (2) working days of your sign up to the Prepaid Shared Plan. Sign up all 3 members at the same time and top up $299 + VAT for the first two members. The one (I) month of free service will be added to the 3rd person in the Prepaid Shared Plan account. The 3rd person and the owner will also receive a text message that confirms the value of the service credit.

  • How do I redeem my coupon?

    The coupon for the free service will be automatically added to the 3rd member in the Prepaid Shared Plan. Thereafter, your coupon can be used as specified in Question 7.

     

    It is a simple process since you will not have to manage any special coupon codes nor will you have to perform any special task to redeem your coupon.

  • How can I use my coupon for service credit?

    The service credit coupon will be used to cover the cost of the prepaid shared plan for the 3rd member.  The 3rd member will receive:

     

    • 12 GB 4GLTE Data
    • 150 Anywhere Minutes
    • Unlimited bmobile Minutes
    • Unlimited Global Texts
    • Plan is valid for 30 days

  • How will I know that I received my coupon for free service?

    You will receive a text message when the coupon has been added to your account. The 3rd member cam also dial *123#, choose “Query Balances” to receive a text message with the plan balance.

  • Can I redeem a coupon more than once?

    The coupon is limited to one-time use.

  • Will all customers receive a coupon?

    Yes, if you signed up three (3) persons for the Prepaid Shared plan, the 3rd person is eligible for a coupon.

  • How many times can I participate in this promotion?

    You can participate once during the promotion.

  • What happens when my prepaid Shared Plan expires?

    The Prepaid Shared Plan is a plan that automatically renews after 30 days. Simply top up your mobile number by Day 30 and you will be charged the plan fee when it is time to renew your plan,

     

    Note, you will receive a text message when the plan has been renewed or you can dial *123# to query plan balances.
