    Customers should follow the steps below to purchase the plan

    • Dial *123# from their handset
    • Choose option 1 from the Menu – Talk & Data plans
    • Choose the 30 Day Talk & Data Plan for $215.00
  • 5. How can I confirm the purchase of the promotional plan?

    When you purchase the 30 Day Talk and Data plan you will receive a message confirming your plan purchase. You can also dial *123#, choose “Query balances”, and your plan balances will be sent to you via text message.
  • 6. How will I know when my plan expires?

    When your plan expires you will receive an expiry message as indicated below:

    “Dear Customer your Plan has expired, Dial *123# and SELECT Talk & Data to choose a new plan.
    Thank You. Life Is On with Bmobile”

  • 7. How can I find out the balance on my prepaid plan?

    Customers can dial *123# from their handset and select Option 3 -“Query balances” from the menu. A text message will be sent with the account balance.
  • 8. Where can I call with the Anywhere minutes?

    The Anywhere minutes included in the plan can be used to call Flow Landline, Digicel, Massy Communications, International calls to US, UK, Canada and Caribbean.
  • 9. What happens if I deplete all the Minutes or Data in my bundle before it expires?

    If your data or bundle minutes are depleted before your plan expires, you will be charged at the Pay As You Go (PAYG) rate for data and calls.
  • 10. Will I be able to repurchase the same plan if my data is depleted before my current plan expires?

    Yes, you can repurchase the same plan if your data is depleted before it expires. Simply dial *123# and select the plan.
  • 11. Can I purchase other plans while on this plan?

    Yes you can purchase any other prepaid plan while on the plan. Simply dial *123# to purchase any Talk and data plan.
  • 12. If I have multiple plans on my account, which one will be used up first?

    The plan used for data, calls or text will be based on expiry date. For example, if you purchase a day plan and a month plan, the day plan with an expiry date of 24 hrs, will be used up first, followed by the month plan.
