- Unlimited local calls refer to calls to all local networks, except for calls to premium numbers which will incur a charge.
- Texts can be sent to any local and international mobile numbers.
- Texts to premium services are not included in the unlimited local and international text.

7. How will I know that the transaction is successful?The success of the transaction is confirmed in two ways:
- The sender will receive on-screen confirmation and a receipt via email.
- The receiver will receive a text message confirming the addition of the plan to your account. The message reads as follows:
“You’ve rec’d a gift of UNLTD Data, Local Talk & Texts PLUS XX mins for US, UK, Can & Carib valid for XX days. Fair usage policy applies https://bmobile.co.tt/fair-usage-policy/ ”
8. How will I know that my plan has expired?You will receive a pre-expiry notification 2 days before expiry and an expiry notification when your plan expires.
9. If I am a postpaid customer can I participate in the promotion?No, postpaid customers cannot participate in the promotion at this time. Please note that any attempt to purchase a prepaid plan using a postpaid number may result in the customer being charged but not receiving the plan.
