  • 1. What is Bmobile’s Prepaid CPL T20, 2019 PROMOTION?

    The Bmobile Prepaid CPL 2019 Promotion gives all new and existing prepaid customers a chance to win season passes or match tickets for the Trinidad games.
  • 2. What is the duration of the promotion?

    The promotion begins on Friday 30 August 2019 and ends on Sunday 6 October 2019.
  • 3. What do I have to do to take part in the promotion?

    Prepaid customers can take part in the promotion by purchase any unlimited week or month plan by dialling *123# from your handset and choosing Talk and Data or Special Promotions.

    Customers can also participate by topping up online at www.bmobiletopup.com.

    The minimum amount that qualifies for entry into this promotion is $99.

  • 4. How will the winners be chosen for the prize?

    At the end of the draw date given, entries for that period will be entered in the draw and the winners will be randomly selected.
  • 5. When will the draws for the promotion take place?

    The draws for the promotion will take place on dates specified below:

  • 6. How will I know if I have won a prize?

    If you participated in the promotion and are a winner, you will be contacted by a bmobile representative via the mobile number, which qualified for the promotion.
  • 7. How will I know which prize I have won?

    The bmobile representative will advise you of your prize, the date on which it can be collected and the location.  You will be required to present a valid national ID to collect prize. 
  • 8. Can someone else collect my prize for me?

    If you are unable to come to collect your prize, you must send a letter of authorization and a copy of your identification with the person designated to collect the prize on your behalf. The person MUST have a valid ID to collect on your behalf.
  • 9. What happens if no one wins in one week?

    There must be winners each week, since winners will be chosen from the pool of entries.
  • 10. Do I have to purchase a Plan every week to participate?

    Yes, you must purchase a plan every week to earn a chance in each weekly draw. Entries do not roll over into the next week.
  • 11. How will I know that I have been entered in the promotion?

    As soon as you buy the “Qualifying Unlimited Plan” you will receive a text message confirming your entry into the weekly draw.
