What is the bmobile/COLFIRE Alliance?

On March 1st, 2016 bmobile and COLFIRE entered into an agreement that allows bmobile customers to benefit from various discounts when signing-up for, or renewing their COLFIRE motor vehicle insurance policies. In turn, COLFIRE customers, as well as COLFIRE employees benefit from a specially tailored bmobile Postpaid Plan and discounts of up to 10% on mobile handsets.

How can a bmobile postpaid customer access these discounts from COLFIRE?

When signing-up for or renewing a motor vehicle insurance policy at COLFIRE, a bmobile postpaid customer must present their most recent postpaid bill. The account must not be in arrears. Any arrears should be cleared and proof of payment must be provided.

What are the requirements for signing-up for the Alliance Plan?

The COLFIRE customer may present either the insurance policy or the utility bill as proof of address. These documents must be in the insured’s name.

Where can a customer sign-up for the Alliance Plan?

Customers can sign-up for the Alliance Plan at any of the bmobile Retail Stores nationwide.

Can a customer sign-up for the Alliance Plan at a bmobile Authorised Partner?

NO. The plan is only available at bmobile Retail Stores.

If a policy has multiple coverage, can each customer on the policy sign-up for the Alliance Plan?

YES. Each customer on the policy can sign-up for the plan provided their names appear on the insurance policy. Arbitrary descriptions such as spouse or child will not be eligible.

YES. Customers are required to sign a two (2) year contract when signing-up for the plan.
