Value-Added Services
Bmobile offers a wide range of value added services that improve and enhance the user's mobile experience.
Voice Mail
bmobile Voice Mail is an enhanced communications service. With Voice Mail, you can now receive messages when your phone is off or if you are unable to answer the call. It also allows you to play back messages at any time from your own mobile or from any touch-tone phone.
Caller-ID
bmobile Caller ID allows you to identify the phone number of the person who is calling before you answer your mobile phone. You may answer with a personal greeting, or if you are busy at the time you can decide whether or not you want to answer the call.
Call Waiting
Call Waiting is used to notify you that someone is calling you while you are on another call. A special tone alerts you of a second caller. By briefly pressing the hookswitch, you can answer the second caller. You can switch between callers, as often as you like. Each conversation is private and cannot be heard by the other caller.
You may also temporarily deactivate Call Waiting before placing a call by pressing *70, then dialing the number you wish to call.
Call waiting is free to bmobile post-paid customers.
Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding redirects your incoming calls to an alternative pre-selected phone number when you wish to permanently redirect the calls, or to redirect only when the phone is busy or not answered.
Please refer to your Handset Manual for details on how to activate and deactivate Call Forwarding on your handset.
Call forwarding is free to bmobile post-paid customers.
Conference Calling
Conference Calling is a time-saving tool which allows you to add a third party to a conversation.
Please refer to your Handset Manual for Conference Calling instructions specific to your handset.
NOTE: Airtime charges will apply to both calls.
Call Me
Call Me allows a GSM prepaid user with a balance of $0.50 cents or less on his/her mobile, to send a message to another prepaid mobile requesting the other party to call him or her.
Credit Me
Credit Me is a service that allows GSM prepaid customers to ask for a credit of money from another GSM prepaid customer. This service also allows GSM prepaid users to top up another user without a request being made. There is no cost to send a Credit Me message.
