Prepaid customers can now purchase one of the new Bmobile Prepaid Plans and receive a combination of Talk, Text and Data. The plans are as follows:

  • 30 Day Talk & Data Plan – $215
  • 7 Day Talk & Data Plan – $60
  •  3 Day Talk & Data Plan – $45

This promotion runs from April 13th to April 30th 2017.

5. How do I purchase the New Prepaid Plans?

Customers should follow the steps below to purchase the plan

  • Dial *123# from their handset
  • Choose option 4 from the Menu – Talk & Data plans
  • Choose a plan from the options listed.

6. Where can I call with the Anywhere minutes?

The Anywhere minutes included in the plan can be used to call TSTT Landline, Flow Landline, Digicel, Massy Communications, International calls to US, UK and Canada.

7. What happens if I deplete all the Minutes or Data in my bundle before it expires?

If your data or bundle minutes are depleted before your plan expires, you will be charged at the Pay As You Go (PAYG) rate for data and voice.

8. How will I know when I purchase one of the New Prepaid Plans?

When you purchase one of the new prepaid plans you will receive a message confirming your plan purchase.

Message 1: 3 Day Talk & Data Plan
“U’ve purchased 3 Days Data &Talk pass & rec’d Unltd Bmobile Tlk ,30mins Tlk & 300 MB Data & Unltd SMS for 72Hrs. Charged $45. Life is On with Bmobile”

 

Message 2: Week Talk & Data Plan
“U’ve rec’d Ultd bmobile Talk +50 mins talk,750MB Data+ SMS, valid for 7dys, charged $60. Talk,Surf & WhatsApp. Live the experience, Life is On with Bmobile!”

 

Message 3: Month Talk & Data Plan
“You have rec’d 300 mins, Ultd bmobile Talk, 3GB+BONUS 500mb Data &Unltd SMS valid for 30dys. Talk, Surf & Text, Live The Experience, Life Is On with Bmobile!”

9. How will I know when my plan expires?

When your plan expires you will receive an expiry message as indicated below:

“Dear Customer your <xplan> has expired, Dial *123# to choose a new plan. Life Is On with bmobile”

10. How can I find out the balance on my prepaid plan?

Customers can dial *123# from their handset and select “Query balances” to query the bundle balance.

11. Will I still be able to purchase the old plans from the *123# USSD menu?

No, you will not. Effective Friday 14 th April 2017 you will no longer be able to access the old plans from the *123# USSD menu.

12. Can I purchase additional bundles while on this plan?

Yes you can purchase additional bundles while on the plan. Simply dial *123# to purchase any Talk and data plan.

13. If I have multiple bundles on my account, which one will be used up first?

The bundle usage priority will be based on expiry date. For example, if you purchase a day pass bundle with an expiry date of 24 hrs, it will be used up first, followed by the week plan and then the month plans.
