MY LIME Nights!

bmobile gives more value to its My Lime customers!  Effective June 29th, 2010 My Lime Nights are extended by one hour every night.  Now you get free talk after paying for the first minute.

My Lime Nights now run from 9pm to 6am every night.

Text messages are now charged at TT$0.05 per text message.

All other My Lime terms and conditions remain in effect as follows:

bmobile My Lime customers can make local calls to anyone (bmobile or fixed line) on their My Lime list; and talk FREE after the first minute from 9:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday to Sunday.

Additional Information

• My Lime Night calls apply to local bmobile numbers and local fixed line numbers only.
• Free Night calling (after the first minute) starts from 9:00 pm and ends at 6:00am, Sunday to Sunday.
• My Lime customers do not have to make calls in the day time in order to benefit from the night promotion.

This offer is valid up to September 30th, 2010.

Setting Up Your My Lime List
To add someone to your list:

• Text ADD + phone number, e.g. ADD 688-1234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

Note: This command adds one (1) number to your list.  To add five (5) numbers, this command must be sent five (5) times.  There is no cost to ADD numbers to your list.

To remove someone from your list:

• Text REMOVE + phone number, e.g. REMOVE 688-1234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

Note: This command removes the specified number from your list.  To remove more than one number, this command must be sent for each number.  There is no cost to REMOVE numbers from your list.

To query the numbers on your list or determine the status of the numbers on your list:

• Text QUERY and SEND to 5463 (LIME)

Note: QUERY gives you the list of persons on your Lime and their status.

Additional Information

• My Lime calls are not deducted from your packaged minutes.
• Offer applies to outgoing calls made from bmobile to bmobile and bmobile to fixed line numbers.  It does not apply to local or international SMS, MMS, or calls made while roaming.
• It takes 24 hours to activate or deactivate a number.  You will be notified via SMS.
• Once one of your numbers is listed as ‘Active’, you would receive the discounted rate.  You can query your list at any time.
• No monthly fee or set-up charges apply.
• Customers are allowed ten (10) changes to their list per month.

MY LIME - International !

Great News! 'My LIME' has gone international. You can now add international numbers to your LIME.

That's 10 numbers in My LIME:

• 5 local numbers (combination of local bmobile numbers and fixed line numbers)
• 5 International numbers

My LIME now allows bmobile customers to save on calls made to the USA, Canada, UK and Ireland. You can add 5 international numbers to your My LIME list and make international calls at a discounted rate of 25% at any time, to any network in the USA, Canada, UK and Ireland.

With My LIME international calls, the first 3 minutes of the call is charged at the standard international rate and thereafter the calls will be charged at a discount of 25%.

Setting Up Your My Lime International List

To ADD international numbers to your list:

• Text ADD + international phone number, e.g. ADD 19056251234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

To REMOVE international numbers from your list:

• Text REMOVE + international phone number, e.g. REMOVE 19056251234
• Press SEND to 5463 (LIME)

Note: Numbers are added and removed one at a time, e.g., ADD 19056251234 and send to 5463 or REMOVE 19056251234 and send to 5463.

You can query your list at any time by sending the following command:
QUERY or QRY or Q or QU and send to 5463.

Additional Information

• The standard rates for the international calls apply for the first 3 minutes; thereafter a discount of 25% will apply to the rest of the call.
• The discounts are applied to international calls made to the USA, Canada, UK and Ireland. This is only applicable to MYLIME customers.  Calls to the Caribbean do not qualify for the discount.
• No monthly fee or set-up charges apply.
• The discounted rate will all My Lime calls made to the USA Canada, the UK and Ireland regardless of the time the call is made.
• Limers can have a maximum of 10 numbers on their My LIME list; 5 local numbers (combination of local bmobile numbers and fixed line number), and 5 International numbers (combination of international mobile and international fixed line numbers).
• A maximum of 10 changes (additions and removals) are allowed per month.
• Limers will be notified via SMS when a change has taken effect.
