A promotion that is available to all prepaid customers when they top up $25.00 or more. Customers will receive their top up plus a choice among FREE data or bmobile calls.

2. What options will I receive?

When you top up $25.00 or more you can choose one of the following FREE of charge:
Free 4 Nights On-Net Talk Pass
Free On-Net Talk Pass valid for 2 days
Free 1GB Data Pass valid for 2 days

3. When does it come into effect?

The promotion will end on  March 31, 2017.

4. What top ups qualify for this promotion?

5. How do customers choose their free pass?

After the customer top up with $25.00 or more, they will receive an SMS stating to dial *200# to select one of the following free:

When the customer dials *200# they will see

1) Choose FREE UP Reward
2) QUERY FREE UP Reward

The customer enters one (1) and the following screen will appear.

1) 2 Days Free Bmobile Talk
2) 2 Days Free Data
3) 4 Nights Free Bmobile Talk
The customer will select whichever option they want and it will be applied to their profile in approximately 15 minutes time.

6. How long are the free passes valid for?

Free Pass Validity
2 Day free Bmobile talk 48 hours
2 Day free data 1Gb 48 hours
4 Night free Bmobile 7 days.

7. Is the 2 Day free Bmobile talk pass valid for calls to other networks?

No.The pass is valid for bmobile to bmobile calls only and valid for 2 days.

8. How does the 2 Day Free Bmobile Talk Pass work with other Voice Plans?

Priority will be given to the bundle with the least expiry date.

If the customer choose the “Day Free Pass” and the purchase a “ Day Bmobile Talk Plan”, priority will be given to the “Day Plan”

9. I have an existing data plan will data be used from the 2 Day free data pass or the existing plan?

Priority will be given to the bundle with the least expiry time.
If you choose the “Free Data 1GB Pass and then purchase a “Day Data Plan” priority will be given to the “Day Data Plan”.

If you choose the “Free Data 1GB Pass” and then purchase a “Week Data Plan” priority will be given to the “Free Data 1GB Pass.

10. If I purchased a plan previously and now top up with $25 what happens?

You will receive the option to choose one of the free passes. You have 24 hours to choose.

11. Does the free pass apply to all top ups of the month?

No. It only applies to the first top up of the month.

12. How do I check the balance on the FREE pass?

You can dial *200#, and select Query Balance.

13. If I requested a Bligh or Credit Me, do I qualify for a free pass?

No, you will not receive a Free Pass, you will have to top Up $25 or more.
