What is a bzone?

A bzone is bmobile’s WiFi areas which are located in various places across Trinidad & Tobago. They give bmobile, BLINK Broadband BLINK On the Go customers access to FREE WiFi at 4G speeds.

How do customers sign up for this service?

There is no sign up process or fee. However all valid customers are required to register in order to gain access.

Qualifying customers are as follows:

Mobile
All active postpaid and prepaid customers

BLINK Broadband

  • DSL 1Mbps and over whose account is active and up to date with no outstanding payments
  • Wireless Broadband Customers whose account is active and up to date with no outstanding payments
  • Active customers are customers who are in Status W or Working customers only.

BLINK On the Go and My Hotspot

  • Customers whose account is active and up to date with no outstanding payments

What are the benefits of the bmobile bzone?

If I am not a bmobile/BLINK Broadband customer can I access this service?

The service is for all valid bmobile, BLINK Broadband and BLINK on the go customers.
Foreign customers or customers belonging to other local networks would not be eligible to access this service

Will I see any additional charges on my monthly bill for this service?

The service is free for all eligible customers.

No billing applies, therefore no bill is received.

What type of device can be used on this network?

All devices that are WIFI capable. (phones, tablets, laptops etc.).

Who do I call for problems with the bzone service?

Call our customer Service Centre 824-TSTT (824-8788) Option 2 for Mobile issue and Option for 5 for Broadband customers.

How do I login/register to use the bzone service?

  1. Search for the Wi-Fi connection at Specified Locations on device
  2. Select Bzone Wi-Fi Access Point
  3. Open a webpage and attempt to browse and be redirected to the Bzone webpage or go directly to http://bzone.tstt.co.tt
  4. NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

    MOBILE

    1ST PAGE: WELCOME TO THE BZONE

    • Click “new bmobile customers click here”

    2ND PAGE: BMOBILE CUSTOMERS START HERE

    • If you had a code sent to your phone already, click the “I have a code” button
    • If not, enter your phone number (18686887777) and click “send me a code”

    3RD PAGE: ENTER YOUR VALIDATION CODE

    • If you clicked “I have a code” on page 2 you have to enter BOTH phone number (688-7777) and your code
    • If you clicked “Send me a code” on page 2 you will see your number in the “phone number field” GREYED OUT (you can’t edit it) and you will ONLY have to enter your validation code
    • Click “submit code”

    4TH PAGE: REGISTRATION PAGE

    • If you clicked “I have a code” on page 2, you will have to fill out all fields INCLUDING your phone number ( 688-7777)
    • If you clicked “Send me a code” on page 2, you will see your number in the “phone number field” GREYED OUT (you can’t edit it) and you will have to enter all fields EXCEPT your phone number. You will have to choose a UNIQUE username and password.
    • Click register.

    NOTE: If a customer is using a new device then they would have to re-register.

    BLINK BROADBAND

    • If you are a BLINK Broadband customer using broadband service through your telephone line, when you log in to the bzone for the first time, you will need to register your device; follow the simple steps outlined on the screen and you will be given access to the bzone.

      You will need: Your BLINK Broadband service number or DSL number, for example DSL623-XXXX, and your tstt.net.tt email address to be able to access the bzone. Your username is your tstt.net.tt email address and you can create your own password.

    • If you are a BLINK Broadband customer using broadband through your Wireless Black Box, you will receive your username and password via an email to the email address you provided upon registration for BLINK Broadband service.

    NOTE: Customers will be sent the following communication via email with their usernnames and passwords:

    Dear Customer,

    We thank you for your continued support of BLINK Broadband. As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty to us, you are being given access to our new WiFi Hotspot network, or bzones.

    To access these bzones, you will need a username and password, both of which you will find below. Please keep these usernames and passwords confidential, since they are unique to you.

    Should you have any questions, or lose the username and password, please call 824-TSTT (8788). For a list of all the Bzones and updates on the new Bzone locations, please log on to bmobile.co.tt

This is a UNIQUE username and password created by the subscriber/user upon registration.

How many devices can be logged in at the same time?

One. Each username and password allows you one log in at a time.

What are the speeds expected when using the bzone?

Customers can expect 2 Mbps download and 1Mbps upload.

If a customer only has Blink Vigilance do they qualify to use the bzone service?

No. Customer must have a bmobile, a BLINK Broadband or a BLINK On the Go service.

If a customer only has Blink Entertainment do they qualify to use the bzone service?

No. Customer must have a mobile, a BLINK Broadband or a BLINK On the Go subscription.

After initial registration, ould customers be asked to register again if they go to another bzone, other than the one they registered with?

No. Once a customer is using the same device the customer will not be asked to login again. However if the customer is using another device, they will be asked to login again. Remember though a customer can only have one login per device.

How do customers de-register a service?

To de -register a device, you will receive a prompt on the log in screen when trying to access a bzone; simply accept the prompt and the old device will be automatically de-registered and the new one will be registered.
