New online account management service now available

Th e satisfaction of our customers is critical to the continued success of bmobile. The Retail Transformation Plan is all about serving customers better through responding to their feedback and implementing best practices.

With this in mind, we have made major improvements to how customers can manage their accounts online. The new “b-online” portal is modern, user-friendly and mobile device friendly and allows customers to begin using it immediately after signing up. There is no more waiting period.

Other key improvements include access to mobile and residential accounts in one place, online payments, chat support and access to account billing, payment and usage history.
