Postpaid Customers can dial *123# and select Option 3 to access the Promotions.
Prepaid Customers can dial *123# and select Option 2 to access the Promotions.

6. Will the Data Roaming Plans work if the Roaming Service is not provisioned on my mobile number?

No. The roaming service must be provisioned on a Postpaid customer’s mobile number for the Plans to work.
Customers may verify that the service is active before purchasing the Postpaid Data Roaming Plan and before travelling abroad. This can be done by dialing *100 from your mobile phone or visiting any bmobile Retail Store.

7. How will the Data Roaming Plans be provisioned on my Prepaid handset

Prepaid Roaming plans will be automatically provisioned on handset when it is purchased via the *123# menu

8. For Postpaid Customers, what is the priority for in-package roaming bundles and the Postpaid Data Roaming Plans?

Only bmobile Everything Plans have in-package roaming bundles. The bmobile website can provide details of in-package roaming bundles. (http://bmobile.co.tt/plans/postpaid-plans-everything/).
If a customer has purchased the Data Roaming Plan, this will be depleted first and then the in-package bundle will be depleted, assuming that the in-package bundle is applicable to the roaming destination.

For Prepaid customers, what is the priority for regular Plans usage and the Prepaid Roaming Plans.

Prepaid customers Roaming Plans data will be depleted from the Roaming Plans and not their regular Prepaid Plans.

9. Is confirmation received when Data Roaming Plans are purchased?

Yes. Customers will receive a confirmatory text message upon purchase of the Data Roaming Plans.

10. How can the balance on the Data Roaming Plan be checked?

Postpaid Customers can check the balance on their Data Roaming Plans by dialing *123# option 4, Query Balances.

11. Will customers be notified if the Data Roaming Plan has been used up?

Yes, Customers will receive text message notifications when usage is at 75%, 90% and 100% of the Data Roaming Plan

12. What happens if Data Roaming Plan is used up?

Customers can choose to purchase the Data Roaming Plan again. Alternatively:

Prepaid customers will pay the out-of-plan rates listed at http://bmobile.co.tt/shop/plans/prepaid-plans/prepaid-roaming/
Or
Top up Online and repurchase the Roaming Plan.

For customers on bmobile Postpaid customers on Everything Plans, if the Plan is exhausted, Data Roaming usage will begin to deplete the available in-package Postpaid Data Roaming bundle, assuming that the in-package bundle is applicable to the roaming destination.
If the latter is fully depleted, out-of-plan roaming rates applicable to Everything Plans will apply. Visit http://bmobile.co.tt/shop/plans/postpaid-plans/postpaid-roaming/ for details of these rates.
For customers on all other postpaid plans, if the Plan is exhausted, out of bundle roaming rates will applicable to those plans will apply. Visit http://bmobile.co.tt/postpaid-roaming/ for details of these rates.
